TV interruptions in program needing remote to remove
Goes into a sleep mode after a shot period of time. Also puts a guide across the bottom of the screen , must be removed by remote. Same problem I was having yesterday after spending an hour on the phone. Today right back to the same problem

user_gywxvu I was curious if you have attempted to run a system refresh of the service yet? That is typically the best option to ensure things are calibrated with the most up-to-date software.
