TV Interference form Gateway
Xfinity Gateway and TV set box on one outlet. When gateway is plugged in I get pixels on tv. using splitter Xfinity gave me, but doesnt work. Bought Splitter, same mess. I need step by step, how to hook up both, and what splitter to use

I definitely know how annoying it can be to deal with pixelation when I'm trying to watch TV, so I want to help however we can. Typically, your gateway should not be impacting the signal your TV is able to pull in for its channels, but when both are feeding off signal from the same coaxial outlet, this can change. To confirm, are you saying that you've tried multiple splitters on the outlet in your home and neither of them are providing any signal for you when you do?
