TV Dial Pad sound
The TV keeps making the sound of a quick 3 or 4 digit dial pad sound every so often. No one is using the phone during these times, and it seems random.

What you are describing sounds like the signals used by the networks to cue either the start of a block of commercials, or to switch back to a feed that they are broadcasting. The signals are usually embedded in a part of the stream that can't be heard, but sometimes the signals bleed over into the audio channel. It is not anything that you (or xfinity) can do anything about.
