TV Device - Lost - Unable to return - Not Needed
I drove to an Xfinity store locally informed them that I no longer have the TV Device provided to me. How do I report this, their statement was to contact customer service, that it is not handled at an Xfinity Store Front.
Please help!!!!
What is the next steps for a lost Xfinity provided TV Device, I do not use / no longer need. I am willing the pay the penalty so that I can remove it from my account
