my tv will not connect to the service. All other tvs and computers connect

@user_hkrpjv I'm sorry to hear your TV is not connecting. Are you able to see your Wi-Fi network to connect to for that TV? Do you use the XFINITY Stream App with this TV or is it connected to a cable box?

Are you seeing any error codes or error messages?
