TV connection after power outage
This is now the second time in about 10 days that we lost power. We have a whole house generator, so we thought we would be good...but no, comcast cable to TV hasn't come back, 4 days later. My outage 10 days ago automatically set up and cancelled a service tech, when I called to find out why, the Agent told me this type of issue should be rectified by an internal Comcast Rep and should not need a service call. He did something and we had service right away after waiting 4 days for the tech.
I now have the exact same issue, and all the chats and calls can't get me help except to say we will take care of this, and nothing happens. Service is still 2 days away.
Anyone else experience this frustration?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your service concerns. Are you still experiencing issues at this time?
When there is an interruption, if you have an appointment scheduled for service that has been impacted by it, the system may cancel this automatically as most issues should be resolved once the interruption is resolved.
