Tv channels freezing up. My neighbors are having issues also

Channels freeze up. Then show stops sound. Then starts again. This is day 3

I get the same thing happening, the show just stops a few seconds then starts , this has been happening for weeks and I'm tired of it, I Hope someone tell us how to fix it

tangeralfa It definitely isn't ideal to have shows stopping and then starting, we want for you to be able to enjoy your programming. Can you share with me what troubleshooting steps you've already taken, such as checking that the coaxial line is secure between the cable box and the wall plate, as well as the connection from the modem to the wall plate? Have you already attempted any troubleshooting via the Xfinity app? Is this happening on specific channels or shows? The more information you can provide the better we will be able to assist you.
