user_7ea472 Hmm, a Blue Screen is not always an indication that something is wrong with your TV services; this can be caused by a bad HDMI cable or a loose connection going to the TV. Can you try replacing the HDMI cable to see if that fixes it?

Ihave had this happen the blue screen several times the xfinty controller will not function any key. I unpluged the HDMI it went stright to showing a picture I went to the tv menue and I have it set to go to the last used port so it always goes to the right HDMI??? this is a new LG oled 2026.
Can you share with me what TV box you are using at this time @user_7ea472?
