TV audio and video freezing

For the past couple of days our TV audio and/or video will momentarily freeze. Every few minutes the audio, or video, or both will freeze. It usually returns after a few seconds. This seems to only happen while watching local broadcast channels.

I have checked all connections and even removed the HDMI plug for a few minutes. No improvement.

Awesome, I am glad everything is working as it should be, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-troubleshoot-xfinity-app has great information on trouble shooting your tv services via our amazing xfinity app. I always like to start off with hard reboot of my cable boxes if I have any issues, I just unplug the power cable from the back of the cable box for 30 seconds, this does system reset on the box and helps keep the box updated. Do you have other questions or concerns?
