TV apps not working
Today we got a new modem and now we are getting an error message when we try to access Apps on the TV. When you select an App, say Netflix, we get an error that states: "This feature requires Xfinity Internet". This holds true for all apps.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_y43gco! I see you mentioned this issue was resolved in another thread.
We’re glad to hear our advanced X1 technical team was able to resolve this issue by performing what we call an entitlement refresh. An entitlement refresh signal is back-end signal we send to refresh the account’s entitlements whenever there are issues like this occurring.
