Turn off updates
My TV goes blank 3 times a day to do updates and the updates take 30-45 minutes each time How can I turn this off? I've asked xfinity assistant and each time they say they've shut it off and they haven't. I'm so frustrated with xfinity, I'm really wanting and thinking about switching to satellite.

if your set top box is restarting during the day, your signal to the set top box is so bad that the box software decides to reboot to see if it can restore/get a good connection. Do you have more than this one set top box? if so, do they all have similar symptoms?
