Trying to cancel Cloud DVR service

My elderly mom accidentally signed up for the Cloud DVR 300 service. As soon as I found out, I've tried to cancel it, but can't find any info on how to do that and haven't been able to connect with any help through the chats. How can I turn this off?

Hi @user_f1e30d ! Thank you for joining us on the Xfinity Forums for help with this DVR issue. Our team would be happy to help with removing this feature! Can you please send a direct message to us with your first and last name, the first and last name of the account holder, and the address?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
