Trouble with TV sound
When trying to use On Demand or access streaming through the cable box I have music and background sound but no dialog. This doesn't happen if I use my Roku streaming stick. Yes, SAP is off. Yes, I have reset my box.

@user_rhd1fs, hello! Thank you for taking the time to make a post. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having. I am going to do everything possible to get this fixed to make sure you can get back to enjoying your content. Can you check on your surround sound settings for me under audio? The way you are describing it makes it seem like you are missing the primary audio channel.
