Trouble with cable
Tried watching thursday night football and nothing would come on screen,except for the 3 blinking dots,with a message saying there having technical difficulties, tried unplugging modem,pressing button on modem,i pay all this money every month to you guys and cant even watch my football,then i go to call you guys and cant even get a human on the phone,[Edit: Profanity],we are really considering cancelling our cable,[Edit: Profanity] ,cant even get someone on the phone when needed,[Edit: Language]
