Trouble on your end

Since getting Xfinity service i continousel get an error which states "were having some trouble on our end. This channel isnt currently availabl..." Error code XRE 00021.

I can record shows and then watch them but can not watch live. 

I have unplugged the box nd ran the reset many times. No success with those. I have had normal service very briefly in the last 2 months

It’s a tuner error code. Every channel comes in on a different frequency. Something is impeding the signal of the frequency, thus the message. You are actually watching a cloud recording, not from the physical dvr. Things to try, check to see if your cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further

Thanks, all fixed, for now at least. I believe the unhooking the cable and then retightening did it
