trade xg2v2-s for xg1v4

I requested new equipment and received 2 Xi6-T boxes. I have a 4k TV and need to trade old XG2v2-S for new XG1v4 and return one of the Xi6-T boxes. How do I do this?

With the new box I have to keep signing in to Utube ,Peacock and others. Once in a while when I first turn the TV on the picture is drawn in on the sides but I can turn it off and on again and it's OK. I did not have any of these problems with the old box.

At times, it can also be helpful to reboot your modem as well, since the TV boxes use the internet to access and stream content on apps.
