Timing of smart resume on dvr recordings off
Tired of my smart resume not working correctly. Have had issues with breaks not showing up at all and even more annoying is that when it resumes I still have to watch 1 1/2 more commercials before the show actually starts. Comcast just had me swap out my box and did absolutely nothing to help.

I am having the same issue with commercial timings being off and also sometimes cuts off end of program. Have chatted with support, refreshed system a couple of times and also replaced DVR box and still have problem. I have also tried toggling fast forward off and on as saw comments in blog that it sometimes helped but still have problem. From some of the blogs I have been reading this problem has been going on for over a year with nobody salving it. what does it take to correct this issue short of going to a new service provider.

Does anyone from Comcast ever monitor these blogs? This problem is on multiple blog posts over the last year and a half. All of them have been closed with no resolution. Are you ever going to look into solving this problem or do we need to find a new supplier to get help? Your on lin chat support is useless. It just sends you in circles and you never can get to speak with a person.
