Tiling and Freezing on TV channels

I am getting tiling and freezing on all 5 of my TV's connected to Comcast boxes. I've checked all of the connections and made sure they were tight, reset the main cable box, reset the internet - just in case - with no luck. Everything was working properly a couple of days ago. Trying to watch March Madness on a connection that freezes every 15 to 30 seconds gets to be really frustrating. I could use some help or a tech visit to get this resolved.
