The Midnite Picture Show (formerly Kino Cult) this app does not work on X1! Please fix ASAP!

The Midnite Picture Show app does not work on the X1, I keep getting an error message. Please fix ASAP! When people are paying over $300 a month this is unacceptable. Thank You.

@MRegan02 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums regarding the issue you are having with this app. I am not finding any known issues with this app on our X1 system. I would be happy to troubleshoot this with you. To get started, please send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account to get started. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityChristy​ I did a system refresh from the main box and The Midnite Picture Show app still does not work, I am still getting an error code APPS-04277, all of the other apps work, the only thing I have not tried yet is restarting the main box. I am not sure that will help but I will try it. Thank You.

I am still having the same problem with this app, I have done a system refresh and I have reset the main box, the issue still persists. The Error code is APPS-04277, The Midnite Picture Show app is the only app that does not work, all of the other apps work, therefore the problem is on your end. Thank You.
