Terrible cable service

We have experienced almost daily sudden program and streamining interruptions. Error message apologize for the show suddenly not being available. We're charged a fortune every month, been customers since 2001 and service in general has always been unreliable. No acknowledgement of customer loyalty. Extremely discouraging.
