Television froze up

Picture is frozen on all sets. I have unplugged and plugged back in. It acted like it was going to reboot but just came back to frozen screen. I have tried to make contact on 1-800-xfinity. Not working.

To get started, are you seeing any error codes or messages on your screen when this happens? Also, is the freezing occurring on all channels or only on certain ones?
