Why do my sports channels, 849, 850 & 851 not work continually? I have called 6 times and it is never fixed! They have done a reset and it takes 24 hours for it to work after that! What good is it when the game was on the day before? It happens at least once weekly and the time spent on phone with Comcast is time I will never get back! I would hope my complaints have been documented, but I'm thinking NOT!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
