TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I can't find the telephone number to speak to a LIVE PERSON for my TV problem. I called 800-934-6489 but I just got a non-human who reset it which didn't solve the problem. Please tell me how I can speak to a LIVE technical support PERSON.

user_h8eny0 Thanks for reaching out for help with your TV problem, and we are happy to help. That is the only number used to reach our phone agents, and it should transfer you to a live agent if the automated system can't repair the problem. We are happy to assist you here at anytime as well. What is the problem you are running into with the TV service?
