System refresh

For the last two days when I turn my tv and box on it says there is no signal and I have to do a system refresh.  Any ideas on how to fix this.   Thank you.

turn off (if it is on) the cable box setting of power saving. next time you have that use the TV's remote and change HDMI input to something else then back to wake up the TV port. worked?
