Thanks for your reply. Others on this forum suggest that the 4K units are typically out of stock. But I live pretty close to a store, so I can pop in and see what they say. In the meantime, I guess I will post a request to any Xfinity employees who monitor the forum.

Again, only two options. Wired XG1v4 DVR and wireless Xi6. It seems like stores rarely have the XG1v4.
