I have issues with my service for over 2 years. I have an issue now. Came back from vacation and no tv. Xfinity assistant is not worth anything. I talked to someone yesterday and was so frustrated I hung up. I wanted to talk to a supervisor an was told there were to busy but they will call me back. Now I’ve spent an hour either the assistant still no resolution. Called on the phone and after a while they hung up

This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had
