I've been trying to get ahold of you all for a several days. Some actually go through, most gives you the loop with the idiot chat bot. I've had made several appointments for the techs to come out and replace the box. And several of those attempts, they never show, don't call, or (finally) came to the 5 - 7pm appt at 9 pm to tell me just to reschedule because it was too late and he needs to check the wires outside leading to whereever. AND NOWWWW, I can't even get you to come back out. Insane, that I pay you all 250 bucks a month for tv and internet and I don't get any tv for months on end and cant even get the support that type of payment deserves. I should just cancel you guys and i bet that will also be a hassle to try and do.

even the tech guy said that he couldn't make a rescheduled appointment, which is HILARIOUS to me that he couldn't.
