SUNDAY 6P TO 7P INTERNET AND CABLE ISSUE
EVERY Sunday, 6 to 7p, my internet goes out, and the cable, specifically the audio drops in and out every few seconds.
This occurs, again, every Sunday 6p to 7p. At 7p the internet goes back on, and the audio on the cable no longer cuts out.
I've had three technicians out with no resolution. Prior to this every sunday issue a tech put in a line ticket due to FDX work in the area and had resolved similar, but sporadic issues.
Now its every Sunday. Xfinity buried a new main line and I have a new cable box.
Nothing is working.

The fact that it lines up exactly from 6–7pm suggests this could be related to something scheduled in the network (like ongoing work, maintenance, or congestion in the area), rather than an issue with your equipment, especially since you’ve already had lines replaced and a new box installed.
