Subscription Required
When using the xfinity streaming beta app on a secondary TV in my house it says “subscription required” for every channel EXCEPT broadcast stations like nbc and cbs. I subscribe to most channels and they all work on my one main tv with a cable box. This was working normally a few days ago and I changed nothing. Thoughts?

Welcome to our Xfinity forum, @user_43b0f4! I love using the Stream beta app on my upstairs TV so I can enjoy all my favorite content :). I'd be frustrated if I was getting errors so I'll stick with you here until we reach a resolution together. Are you using the same log in information on both TVs? Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app?

Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Originally I had issues that seemed to be due to a recent move and two accounts being linked but that issue was resolved and now this is a different error.

No log in for the TV with the cable box - because I am using the cable box for that tv.
