Stuck on welcome

Box is extremely hot to the touch. When I turn on the box it is stuck on the welcome screen. I switched boxes, to a non DVR box and it is still stuck on welcome.

reuh11 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your box. Hot to the touch is never a good thing, I am glad you swapped it out. If your new box is still stuck during the activation process, I will check to see if the box is listed on your Xfinity app. If so, see if the troubleshooting option through the app helps. If not, let me know so I can better assist.
