Stuck on voice guidance loop

This is thread number seven I have read, plus some YouTube videos and other websites. Sucks that this has been a known problem for 4 years with no resolution. I have had my flex box with no issues for over a year and i come home today, turn on the tv, and it doesn’t work. I did everything- I reset my internet modem, I unplugged my flex box, I plugged my flex box back in while holding down the two arrow buttons on the back of the flex box (WSP), I’ve even unpaired my remote (XR100 remote unpaired by pushing back arrow & plus sign at the same time, beeps, then pushing 981, which makes more beeps), and I even tried the suggestion of putting your remote on top of the box when try to say no/ press no to voice guidance. No luck. Will report back if I ever do find doe magical fix :(
