Stuck on voice guidance loop

Same issue as everyone on this forum. New box stuck on voice guidance loop during setup

user_qg3cz4 To fix a Xfinity box stuck in a voice guidance loop during setup, perform a hard reboot by unplugging the power for at least 60 seconds. If that fails, factory reset the remote by holding 'A' and 'D' simultaneously until the light turns green, then press 9-8.
