Streamsaver Apple TV issue on X1 box
I just signed up for the streamsaver package. According to the assistant app, all the services are active. However, when I try using the apple TV app on the x1 box, it at first required me to sign in and now is only showing a QR code and a website with a code to input. I was able to login and apparently create an apple account on my phone, but when it refreshes the screen I continually get a "couldn't sign in. Wait a moment, then try again" error.
Am I able to access Apple TV through my x1 box, or is it just smoke & mirrors? Thank you.

Thanks, we are excited that you have joined us for the StreamSaver package. Sorry, you are having trouble accessing the package, and I would be more than happy to assist you today. You should normally have received an email with links to assist you in activating the package. If not, I have included one to assist with the activation. Activating StreamSaver offers
