This is only happening on my main TV connected to my dvr. the other 2 tvs don't have these lines.

I found out in Comcast Labs there is an option for Signal Strength. when the signal strength gets low it puts those lines up on the Guide screen. I pressed ok and it refreshed the cable signal strength and the lines went away. So I guess this answers my question. I found Comcast Labs under settings after pressing the Xfinity button. I arrived at this solution by chatting with Abbie and JosephB at xfinity support. Thank you guys!
