Stop turning my TV off after 4 hours

Why haven't you fixed this issue or maybe you just don't care. The customer's do not like this. Maybe after you lose customer's behind this issue then you will.come.up. with a fix. I'm over it. Time to move on from xfinity can't get cable service right but yet expect customer's to trust their wireless service no thanks to all of.it.
