Still unsolved!!!

Frequent briefly dropped sound on ALL Chanel’s 24/7 for past several months—second request for resolution!!!

 Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself i would not be happy if my sound wasn't working on my TV services. This link https://www.xfinity.com/apps has great information about our awesome Xfinity app which is a great tool to troubleshoot your services

 

if the services are not be able to be fixed remotely the awesome Xfinity app will connect you with the chat agent to assign for a technician to come out and fix the issue
