Thank you for reaching out to us @user_bpc3ao! Upon taking a further look, that error message occurs when your TV box is incompatible with 4K UHD content. We will want to make sure you are using a 4K compatible TV box with a 4K compatible TV. Could you please confirm the model number of the cable box having this error code?
