Still having problems
We are having problems with pixelation on the sports channels. Happened today.. I have a video but it is not letting me upload it. It’s ridiculous how much money we pay for our tv and internet service and you can’t watch anything! Nothing is being done.. we have heard every story or reason why it is happening and it is still happening! If I could get direct tv in my area I think I would go back to it. It’s ridiculous!

Hi, @user_4a8fbe. Thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you are having pixelation concerns while watching the sporting networks. Pixelation happens when the signal for the channel is weak, experiencing noise, or there is a bad connection to you home, or TV box. You will want to ensure all coax connections are finger tight, free of corrosion, or moisture. A defective splitter, or too many splitters can also cause signal problems. Often times a Xfinity TV box power reset can clear up the issue.
