Sports Zone App

So, what's the problem with the Sports Zone App??  Up until last week I was able to get live scores and game-time stats on live football games, both college and NFL.  But not now .  What's the problem??   It's annoying considering my Xfinity plan includes the Sports Plan.

 

Does wnyone know what's the problem?

There’s a known issue with the stats provider - this is impacting other companies as well.

Then it sounds like its time for Comcast/Xfinity to move on and get another stats provider.

Originally blamed on the third party supplier and said affected ESPN too but I can see scores on ESPN so that "answer" was not accurate. Very annoying.

I agree. I still get My Teams but the info is not what it was.  I spent most of today pn with Comcast and got nowhere.  I am frustrated and want to change to a service where I can get a live voice. Do they exist at Comcast???
