Sports zone app not sending alerts

For the past two weeks I've not been getting alerts to my TV telling me when my selected teams games are supposed to start. I would always get a black box that would interrupt the current movie or show that I was watching to let me know when my current sports team that I have chosen would start. When is this going to be fixed?

Amymarie89 Have you tried any troubleshooting from our Xfinity app? You can also do a reset from the app as well.

Yes twice with no success. How I know is that both the Phillies and Eagles games were tonight and I received no notifications at all. Looks like an app or internal problem. When will it be resolved?
