sports app

Why does the sports app fail to show any teams on only one of my three TVs and how do I fix it?  I have tried all the normal restarts but this continues to haunt this specific television.  It is NOT the oldest of the three so I'm doubtful the problem is the television.  It is connected via cable while the two working are connectived via cable or wireless and they both work.
