Sporting Events Not Live
Every sports game I watch and even redzone and very delayed and not up to date with the live game. Very frustrating and makes no sense when you can watch on the app and it’s up to date and live. Please explain and what to do to fix this or make it better.

Hi there, user_o0nmht! Thanks for reaching out about the delay you are seeing on the sporting events. We will get to the bottom of this! Have you tried a System Refresh Signal? That resets the connection to our systems. You can say "System Refresh" to the Xfinity Voice Remote or Press the "A" button and go to the right to find the signal.
I also wanted to make sure you are aware that any time you need to troubleshoot our Xfinity app can assist you step by step. It will run a scan for any area interruptions, send signals to your equipment, and allow you to schedule a visit if that is needed.
