@user_3dad8a Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We would recommend going here (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-audio-output) and go to 'Restore the Default Audio Language'. You'll see these steps from there:
1. Press the xfinity button on your remote.
2. Highlight Settings (the gear icon) and press OK on your remote. 3. You can get to the Audio Language (SAP) Reset from Device Settings > Audio, Language, or Accessibility Settings. Highlight one of them and press OK on your remote.
If you still need any assistance from here, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Hello @user_o4bb9b, thanks for reaching out for help with the audio on your Xfinity TV servies!
If you go here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-audio-output?linkId=127445648, we have a helpful walkthrough that goes over the different audio setting on your X1 device. Please try the steps under "Choose Audio Language" and/or "Restore the Default Audio Language", and please let us know if that corrects the issue.
