Sound skips during sporting events
When watching sporting events, specifically football on multiple networks, the sound skips. It's been doing this for a couple of months. I've talked to numerous reps, had the system reset multiple times, changed the cable to the sound bar, checked the connections and had a tech out to the house. He checked things over but didn't find anything and he said the signal was great. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue? I find it interesting that this happens only during sporting events like football. This does not happen when watching a regular show, the news or movie on my cable box. It also does not happen if I use the Xfinity Streaming app on my Roku device to watch a sporting event/football game. Maybe I need to get rid of the cable boxes - except for the main one - and stream to my other TV's.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
