Sound Skipping on ABC
This is a problem that has happened before and it just started happening again. You'll be watching ABC on Comcast cable and the sound drops out, or "skips" for a second and then it comes back. It does not happen on other channels. It took forever to get it fixed before and it has been OK for a while Tried refreshing/restarting everything with no impact. This is extremely frustrating. How about a little help here Comcast.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
