Sound issues
The sound with one of my tv boxes keeps cutting in and out. I have gone through all the troubleshooting with the “Assistant” and everything is connected properly. Not sure if it is an issue with the box? TV is operating normally when I connect it to antenna.

I really need some help with this, please! Can someone from support please help me? I have tried using the “Assistant” and that did not solve the issue. I called customer service and they just want to sell me a phone plan. My Xfinity tv service is not working properly and I think I need to switch out the tv box in my kitchen because the sound keeps cutting in and out. That doesn’t happen if I switch to an antenna so it’s not my tv. Please help me!
