Sound cutting out
Xfinity needs to get their act together and fix this problem. It’s be going on for years. It’s not the TV, it’s Xfinity’s streaming. It happens sporadically. When it does, the audio goes out for approx 25 sec. Picture is fine. After approx 20 sec the audio starts up again. If you pause the program and wait for the 20 sec to pass and restart the program, you have your audio. This is a problem NOT with the programming but with Xfinity’s actual network. If I record a program while this is happening, the recorded program does NOT lose its audio on playback. It is a real-time network/streaming issue. Nothing seems to correct it. Usually have to wait until the following day for it to disappear. And it only happens occasionally, but frustrating nonetheless. Xfinity, you need to fix this. It’s only been stumping you for 5+ years now. For what you charge for your services, you should be ashamed. Mediocre service is a good way to lose market share. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!
