Sound Cutting Out for 2 weeks and Technician Not Sent Out

Sound has been cutting out for 2 weeks on regular cable channels and streaming as well as on DVR recordings.  2 boxes have been replaced, resets by Comcast and checks several times.  All cables have been checked.  Comcast claims they have scheduled a technician 2 days in a rowwith me being tied up 2 days in a row and no one showed.  I contact by phone and no help.  Pathetic at best!
