Sound cuts out

Sound keeps cutting out and have already had a technician come out and new x1 box. Tech changes out all of our connections to new including the  one outside. When he left it started again but very short and only when changes channel but now today it’s back to doing it randomly a lot throughout a show. He suggested if instill had problems I should maybe change the box out for a regular one instead of x1. Is this what my next step should be

Hello user_882354. I am sad to hear that your sound keeps cutting out. I can only imagine the frustration this has to bring you. It has been a couple of days. Are you still having issues or were you able to get this resolved?

@XfinityAaron​ yes I’m still having the problem. It’s happening a little less but still happening
