Sooooooo Frudtrated

Wireless TV box getting error code XRE – 03090 when trying to change to a different channel. I have been jumping through the hoops on my telephone for the last hour and cannot get the Xfinity assistant, but to do anything but ask the same question over and over again. I reached a bot that we restart my entire network. It didn’t work. Is there anyway to actually get help?

fdpevey  Thank you so much for stopping by to help with the XRE error message you are getting on your wireless TV box. That would be frustrating to have to redo the troubleshooting, but we are here to help. With the wireless boxes, most of the issues are connection-related, either the box to your modem or the modem not having a good connection to the network. I know you have run through the app, but after the reset, did the app continue troubleshooting?
